If you feel unwell during a trip, you can now:
- Book a Remote Consultation via medon.lv/balcia using your travel insurance policy number.
- Speak with a Family Doctor within one hour during business hours or as soon as possible after hours.
- Receive Medical Advice or a Prescription during a 15-minute online consultation.
Plus, clients can access this service twice during a single trip, ensuring continuous support if needed.
